How can I contact you if I have questions?

Our support team is available 24/7 at support@electrosteps.nl . If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the support email. We work hard to answer all questions, but please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for us to answer your question.

What is the status of my order?

You can use our Track Your Order page to see the current status of your package. Just enter your tracking number and it will tell you the current delivery status. Please note that it can take up to 7 days to activate tracking numbers.

When do I receive my order?

We work super hard to ship packages as quickly as possible so you can enjoy them sooner. Please note that each order takes 1-3 business days to process and ship. Depending on where you are located, the shipment will take approximately 5-25 days to arrive. You can view our shipping policy here.

Can I change my order?

You can change or cancel your order within the first 12 hours of ordering by contacting our support at support@electrosteps.nl with your information and details. After 12 noon, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or change an order, as we forward the information to our warehouse as soon as possible in order to provide faster delivery. However, you always have the option to return the package after receipt. We will then refund you the full amount. See our refund policy here.

You can make purchases on our website with any debit or credit card. We also support IDEAL , Paypal , Apple Pay and Google Pay . You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

In which currency will the costs be charged ?

We currently charge our customers in €EUR . If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, the charges will be in
EUR charged. Your bank applies the corresponding conversation rate of your currency.
