There are circumstances that get out of hand (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that can cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery problem is the responsibility of the shipping company.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order free of charge! You must cancel your order 24 hours after making it for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped. All you have to do is send us an email with the subject "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

FOR PRE ORDER OR BACK ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item in one order and only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

HOW DO WE SEND YOUR PACKAGE?
Packages from our warehouse in France, China, USA, UK and Canada are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
